Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
Houston, Texas and surrounding areas
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN (As Needed)
As a Caregiver with ElevedKare, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Your role is to assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, safety, dignity, and respect.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
- Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration).
- Escort clients to appointments and community activities when authorized.
- Assist with grocery shopping and approved errands.
- Monitor changes in clients' condition and report concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and documentation.
- Follow each client's individualized Plan of Care.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- CNA certification is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility when necessary.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (when transportation is required).
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Drug screening may be required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.- Passion for helping others.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
